The key idea
The AI does the legwork of researching and explaining options, but every number it quotes comes from real housing data that can be checked—so buyers can trust the shortlist instead of just taking its word for it.

The problem
Listings show homes. Buyers need advice.
Prices, remaining lease, schools, transport, family needs, and future plans all live in different places. Comparing them by hand is slow and hard to explain to anyone else.
What we did
One map, two ways to search.
Buyers can explore the map themselves, or simply describe their household in everyday words and let HomeOS look into the options for them—then ask questions and fine-tune the results.
The result
A shortlist with reasons you can see.
Buyers get a clear shortlist that explains itself, with recent sale prices, travel times, what is nearby, and how well each home fits their needs.
